I've been learning on my own all summer, but I am in a sculpture class now. We are studying the figure and I plan on working with marble soon. I'm excited!

Mold Making

I bought some water based clay for my next figure. I created a silicone mold with a plaster mother mold for my last figure but I'd like to try another route for my next piece. Clay

Bought some clay the other day and this is what I have to show for it. I've never worked with clay before, but this stuff is great. This is great I think classical and figurative sculpture need to be revived. I have a small site to show some of my stuff. I've just started sculpting and don't even have a year under my belt, but this is my passion and I will continue to follow it. My site is metalmans.net
