Linda Summers

I am a retired Nurse Anesthetist from Buffalo, NY.
My field left little time for peace of mind and the freedom to participate in creative endeavors. My partner and I retired to the small coastal city of Dunedin which provides access to lifelong learning in a diverse welcoming environment.
I was enticed by the stone carving class at DFAC but doubtful I could do it. With encouragement from instructor C. Fulton, I decided to give it a try. I now carve alabaster and currently have several marble pieces in progress.
I can say I have found joy!
