Kurt Klein

Kurt Klein was born in 1959 in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan.He has an associate's degree in Commercial Art and has been working as a commercial artist for over 27 years. As a fine artist, he accredits his education to years of independent research, study and practice. He owns Signature Studio, an art and creative services studio that provides custom works for commissions in a variety of mediums. He is fluent in, and has produced, a body of work that includes drawings, paintings, murals, computer graphics, decorative design, woodworking and more. Recently however, he has chosen to dedicate himself entirely to his true passion, which lies in creating inspired sculpture of his own design. Currently Kurt is working on a four piece series of sculptures entitled "The Dimensions of Man". His inspiration for this series grew out of previous works where he explored some of the more noble characteristics of the human species, such as creation and heroism.
