Tanya Ragir
TANYA RAGIRS work speaks in the language of the feminine. Her most recent work - The Warrior Series, centers
around states of being; facing internal/external barriers struggle and loss risk and trust. Parallel bodies of work,
which explore interiors of form, deconstruct the body to go beyond the limitations of figure-as-nude. Her art reveals
the very process by which the authentic expression of the feminine is centered between opposites, particularly
in the historically contentious arena of sensuality versus power.
