Eddy Roos

Eddy Roos (Amsterdam,13 January1949) is a Dutch artist and sculptor.
He has choreographed 42 dance films and also designs sculpture gardens.
He studied sculpture at the State Academy in Amsterdam, where he studied with Prof. Paul Gregoire and Prof. Piet Esser.
Roos is an admirer of Michelangelo, Maillol, Donatello and Phidias. He taught at the Academy of Classical sculpture in Groningen.
Eddy also hosts his own masters classes at the atelier Eddy Roos te Amsterdam Noord.
